1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Victor Mihailescu, operating under the brand InfinityStudio ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected when you play MNSWP (the "Game") on Android and iOS devices.

MNSWP is a minesweeper-style puzzle game available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Game.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

MNSWP does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. The only data you may voluntarily provide is a display name entered when submitting a leaderboard score.

• Contacts, photos, or files on your device
• Precise GPS location
• Microphone or camera data

3. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates the following third-party SDKs and services. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review these policies.

4. Advertising & Analytics

4.1 Personalized Advertising

MNSWP displays ads served by Google AdMob. By default, AdMob may use your Advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS) to serve interest-based or personalized ads. On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your IDFA. You can decline this request and still use the full Game; ads will be non-personalized.

On Android you can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4.2 Analytics

Firebase Analytics collects anonymized events to help us understand how players interact with the Game (e.g., which levels are most played, where players stop). This data does not identify you personally. You may limit Firebase data collection by enabling Limit Ad Tracking on your device or by disabling analytics in your device's app settings where available.

4.3 Ad Content

We do not control the content of advertisements displayed by AdMob. For concerns about a specific ad, use the "Why this ad?" or feedback option within the ad itself.

5. Leaderboard & Online Features

MNSWP features a global leaderboard hosted on Supabase. When you submit a score, the following data is sent to and stored on Supabase servers:

• Display name you enter at submission
• Your score and the game mode / difficulty
• Submission timestamp
• Device platform (Android / iOS)

Leaderboard entries are publicly visible to all players. Do not enter real personal information as your display name.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• Operating the Game — delivering gameplay, leaderboard functionality, and ad serving
• Analytics & improvement — understanding gameplay patterns to fix bugs and improve the player experience
• Advertising revenue — displaying ads that fund continued development of the Game (free to play)
• Legal compliance — complying with applicable laws and responding to lawful requests

We do not use your data for automated profiling or legally significant decision-making.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Third-party service providers — Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Services), Apple (Game Center), and Supabase receive data solely to provide the services described in this policy.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfer — If we transfer or sell the Game or business assets, user data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you via an updated privacy policy.

8. Data Retention

Leaderboard data (display name, score) is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. We may periodically prune very old or low-ranking entries.

Analytics data collected by Firebase is retained according to Google's default retention settings (typically up to 14 months for user-level data).

Ad data collected by AdMob is retained per Google's own policies.

Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored data. It does not automatically remove data already sent to third-party servers.

9. Your Rights

9.1 All Users

• Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 4.1)
• Request deletion of leaderboard entries
• Limit Firebase Analytics collection via device settings

9.2 European Economic Area, UK & Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — withdraw any previously granted consent at any time

Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention) and consent (personalized advertising on iOS via ATT). Leaderboard submission is based on contract performance.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.3 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Delete personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal data)
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

9.4 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of the above rights, contact us at mnswp@infinitystudio.media. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

10. Children's Privacy

MNSWP is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at mnswp@infinitystudio.media and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

In jurisdictions where the digital age of consent is higher (e.g., 16 in parts of the EU), users below that age should not use online features without parental consent.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Leaderboard data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to Supabase's secure infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to avoid using real personal information as a leaderboard display name.

12. International Data Transfers

Victor Mihailescu operates MNSWP as an individual developer. Data processed by our third-party services (Google, Apple, Supabase) may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your own, including the United States. These companies maintain appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-compliant transfer mechanisms.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice within the Game or via the app store listing. Continued use of MNSWP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We recommend checking this page periodically. The current version is always available at the URL linked in our app store listings.
